Crispens Point

Crispens Point is a story of how a woman’s past hinders her from having a relationship. When Charlotte, an author, moves to Crispen Point she finds that she likes the atmosphere and some of the local people in the community. She then receives an invitation to attend church and finds that she cannot stop her attraction towards the pastor. However, her past is a barrier that she needs to go through to gain freedom and to have what she desires. This book was written by JoHannah Reardon.

Many liked the whole plot of this story. A customer liked how the author made this story seem very realistic. She commented that the characters were developed in a way that made it genuine and she found that the plots or situations created in the book were also what one may find especially in small towns. This reviewer thought that this book was a real attention getter and liked the story very much. She described the story to also be clean which is an aspect that other readers appreciated as well. One customer who also grew up in a small town shared that she could relate to the book very well and another stated that this book allowed her to cry and laugh. The book also encouraged her to take a step back and think about her life and remember that everything was in God’s hands. On top of that, other reviewers enjoyed how this was written with a Christian perspective and was not dogmatic. There were just a few points in this Christian novel that bothered some of the readers.
